• To change to the Family Tariff Plan, SMS ‘fm’ and send to 956.
• Only one Tariff plan change is allowed every 30 days.
• Tariff plan change is free of charge.
• A connection fee is a service charge at the beginning of a call which allows a subscriber to use lower rates.
• Connection Fee K75 applies
• Friends and Family conditions apply.

• If you change Tariff Plans you still retain your Friends and Family.
• Loyalty bonus is still available on all Tariff Plans – both Old and New.
• One is able to access all Value Added Services, on all Tariff Plans.
