HOW DOES IT WORK?

• To change to the Freedom Tariff Plan, SMS ‘fr’ and send to 956.
• Tariff plan change is free of charge.
• Connection fee of K75 applies.
• Pay a monthly access fee of K50, 000 and enjoy making calls from as low as K10 per second.
• For the monthly access fee you get 40 minutes and 20 SMS on-net.
• One should have the K50, 000 credit in the phone to be eligible to join the Freedom Plan.
• One can top-up their accounts with normal recharge vouchers
• If you have insufficient money in your account you will receive an SMS reminder to recharge.
• Without the monthly access fee one automatically reverts to the Classic Per Second Tariff Plan.
• Weekend tariffs of K12 per second.

Conditions

• Only one Tariff Plan change is allowed every 30 days.
• Tariff Plan change is free.
• Connection fee applies on Family, Generation X, and Freedom tariff plans. They are charged on all calls - on-net and off-net.
• Connection Fee DOES NOT apply on the Classic per Second and Classic per Minute Tariff Plans.
• Friends and Family exist on all Tariff Plans – both Old and New, and the conditions still apply.
• If you change Tariff Plans you still retain your Friends and Family.
• Loyalty bonus is still available on all Tariff Plans – both Old and New.
• One is able to access all Value Added Services, on all Tariff Plans.
