  • Enroll via SMS by sending ‘ENROLL LP’ to 797. Follow the easy enrollment instructions that you will receive by return SMS.
  • Download the Loyalty Program Enrollment Form, print the form and complete your details. Post the form to Celtel Zambia, PO Box 320001 Lusaka or return the completed form to any Celtel Shop in your area. Your enrollment will be effective from date of receipt.
  • Visit your nearest Celtel Shop and one of our Sales Executives will be happy to help you enroll in the program
  • Call Celtel’s Customer Care on 111 and a Celtel Customer Care agent will assist with enrolling over the phone.

Once your details are received and you have successfully enrolled in Celtel’s exclusive loyalty programme, you will receive the following:

  • A text message confirming your enrollment.
  • A rewards bonus alert at the end of the month via SMS to inform you of the credits you have accumulated in that month.
  • Reminders of any used credits that are still on your account.
